Welcome to Spark Creative — we’re excited to grow your brand together! Here’s what to expect:

  • Step 1: Welcome + Intros

    Welcome to the crew! Once you’ve decided on which service you’d like, we jump right into working together.
    What we’ll send:

    - Welcome email + next steps

    - Client intake form (brand voice, target audience, goals, etc.)

    - Schedule discovery call

  • Step 2: Client Discovery Call

    Now it’s time to align on vision, priorities, and scope.
    What happens next:

    - Clarify campaign goals

    - Review current content/analytics

    - Lock in service request (marketing campaign, SMM, etc.)

    - Confirm timelines + deliverables

    - Review contract

  • Step 3: Strategy Development

    We know what the expectations are, it’s time for us to get to work! What we’re working on:

    - Spark Creative will create a marketing plan with strategies for client

    - You’ll receive a PDF or shared doc with the full plan for approval

  • Step 4: Content Creation + Approval

    It’s time for us to deliver your first round of content!
    What you’ll get:

    - Proof of posts, captions, graphics, or ad creatives based on the approved strategy

    We’ll need the following:

    - Logos, fonts, brand colors

    - Product/service photos and any past content you'd like us to use or repurpose

    - Social logins (if applicable)

  • Step 5: Launch + Go Live

    Once content approved, it’s time for us to go live with our creations!

    What this means:

    - Time to schedule posts or launch campaigns

    - Monitor initial performance

    - Track engagement and growth

  • Step 6: Monthly Check-Ins

    Let’s stay connected!
    We’ll schedule a monthly strategy or check-in call to:

    - Review wins + areas to tweak

    - Adjust strategy based on data

    - Plan upcoming content/themes
